International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR)
Nepal ratified the Convention on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) in May 1991 along with other major international instruments. The ICCPR includes two major protocols which had also been acceded without reservation opening a wider corridor for individual complaints and total abolition of death penalty. read more...
